Belly Dance Fitness at Star Nutrition
Tuesdays at 6:00pm
If you have not attended this class, we open with stretches and a warm-up to get started, then focus on the basic posture and core moves of Egyptian Cabaret style Belly Dance with a focus on building core strength and proper technique, then we end with more stretches and some cool-down exercises.
