This Six-Week Session is designed for anyone interested improving their overall fitness and/or in learning more about Egyptian Cabaret style Belly Dance.
All people are welcome!!
Dance from the Heart is encouraged!
Discrimination is not!!
Please dress comfortable, socks or barefoot is easiest. Shoes work if you prefer.
Each session includes a 5-10 minute warm-up, 30-45 minutes of instruction, a 5-10 minute cool-down, and homework to practice!!
